LEGAL SERVICES REVIEW OF FEES AND CHARGES 2014/ 2015
Matter for Consideration:
To consider and approve the fees and charges for Legal Services for the financial year 2014/ 2015.
Information:
The attached schedule outlines proposals for revised fees and charges for Legal Services for the financial year 2014/15.

Legal Considerations:
The Council is adjusting its charges to reflect market conditions.
Personnel Considerations:
The proposals are in line with the Equalities Analysis previously submitted for General Fund Revenue Budget 2013/2014. It is considered given the scope of proposals that they will also be in line with the Equalities Analysis currently being prepared with the General Fund Revenue Budget 2014/2015
Financial Considerations:
The attached proposals will enable the service to meet their cash limited budget targets in 2014/2015.
Performance Management Considerations:
There will be ongoing monitoring of performance against the targets set for income.

Recommendations:
